HERtreat has only confirmed what we already knew: rural and regional women need spaces like this. Spaces close to home. Spaces where they can rest, reconnect, learn, grow and remember who they are.

Over 50 women and girls across rural and regional Victoria have now joined us to learn self-defence. What began as a simple idea, to give women the skills to feel safer — has grown into something deeply powerful. We started these programs because too many women live with fear.
