We want you to love your purchase and wear it proudly as part of the movement. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns & Exchanges

• Timeframe: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.

• Exclusions: We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom/limited-edition preorders unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method as WOTM is not responsible for lost returns.

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A photo if the item is faulty

We’ll guide you from there.

We offer free collection from the following towns:

• Nathalia

• Cobram

• Shepparton

You’ll receive an email with pick-up location details and times once your order is ready.

Please select “Local Collection” at checkout and choose your preferred town.
