Women of the Murray Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase and wear it proudly as part of the movement. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.

  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom/limited-edition preorders unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method as WOTM is not responsible for lost returns.

We ship with care from regional Victoria and aim to get your item to you as swiftly and smoothly as possible. Whether you’re by the river or in the heart of town, we’ve got you covered.

  • Flat Rate: $9.95

  • Delivery Time: 3–8 business days (depending on location)

2. Local Collection – FREE
We offer free collection from the following towns:

  • Numurkah

  • Nathalia

  • Cobram

You’ll receive an email with pick-up location details and times once your order is ready.

Please select “Local Collection” at checkout and choose your preferred town.
