Benita Bensch

Benita Bensch is a writer, speaker, certified Motherhood Studies Practitioner and clarity coach based near Moama, NSW. Through her coaching, retreats and creative work, she helps women reconnect with their voice, clarity, confidence and sense of self. A former Farm Owners Academy coach and author of The Art of Trying (2019), Benita’s forthcoming book Seen Again (2026) explores the light and dark of motherhood and identity. Her mission is to help women feel seen again — by themselves first — through storytelling, reflection and creative expression.
