Eugenie Stragalinos is an experienced Chair, strategic advisor and transformation leader with more than 30 years’ experience helping organisations navigate complexity, strengthen performance and deliver sustainable results. As Founder and Principal of Eugenie Marie Stragalinos (ems) Consulting, she provides strategic and management consulting services to public and private sector organisations, partnering with leaders to clarify strategy, lead complex business and organisational transformation, build capability, and embed effective governance and operating models across sectors including financial services, local government, utilities such as water & energy, manufacturing, waste and recycling, and tourism. In addition to her consulting practice, Eugenie serves as Chair of Goulburn Murray Credit Union, Chair of Destination Goulburn Valley, and Director of Greater Shepparton Lighthouse Project, where she provides strong governance leadership, strategic oversight and stakeholder engagement to support long‑term organisational and regional outcomes. She is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA), a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD). Known for her collaborative and pragmatic approach, Eugenie is passionate about developing capable leaders and teams, driving meaningful change, and creating positive impact for organisations, communities and regions.
