Marnie Rowden is a leadership coach, consultant and facilitator, and the founder of The Half Life Project and CARE Leadership.Her work centres on supporting women to lead with courage, confidence and authenticity — particularly through seasons of change, growth and reinvention. Marnie creates warm, grounded and honest spaces where women can pause, reflect, reconnect with their strengths and step more fully into the way they want to lead. Through her coaching and facilitation, Marnie helps women navigate the messy middle of life and leadership with greater clarity, resilience and care.
