Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.

Exclusions: We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom/limited-edition preorders unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
