A new series on it's way

Something special is growing across the Murray region.

Over the past year, Women of the Murray has evolved from a few simple ideas. Connection, courage, and community into something that’s changing the way women see themselves and each other.

From our first Coffee Connects to the much-loved Brave, Not Perfect series, we’ve watched women from every corner of the Murray come together to share stories, support one another, and rediscover their confidence. What started as conversations over coffee has become a movement, one built on honesty, heart, and the belief that we are stronger when we rise together.

The power of showing up

Through Brave, Not Perfect, women showed us what it really means to be brave, not flawless, not without fear, but brave enough to be real. We’ve heard laughter, tears, and truth. We’ve seen women walk away with new friends, new ideas, and a spark to do something more in their communities.

That spark has grown into a flame.

Communities have reached out. New partnerships have formed. And it’s clear that there’s a hunger for more, more conversations, more opportunities, and more leadership that starts right here, where we live.

So what’s next?

We’ve been listening, learning, and dreaming about what comes next for Women of the Murray. Our next chapter is about what happens after bravery, about turning courage into action and confidence into influence. It’s about exploring what leadership looks like in our own lives, whether that’s mentoring a younger woman, starting a community project, or simply leading by example at home or work.

And most of all, it’s about ensuring the next generation of women and girls see that they belong here too. That their ideas, energy, and perspectives are needed, right now, right where they are.

Because growth never ends

Personal development isn’t a destination, it’s a lifelong journey. Every time we learn, reflect, or show up for someone else, we’re growing. At Women of the Murray, we believe leadership doesn’t have to look a certain way. It’s not always found in boardrooms or job titles, sometimes, it’s in the quiet choices, the small actions, the courage to step forward when it’s easier to stay back.

Something new is coming, something that builds on everything we’ve learned so far.A new way to connect, reflect, and lead together.

Stay tuned.
