Cobram local, mum of three and one of Ignition’s Top 50 Women in Accounting!
In 2021, she was named one of the Top 50 Women in Accounting globally by Ignitio, —not just for her skills, but for her heart. During COVID, Tam led a mentoring program funded by local government that helped more than 50 rural businesses stay afloat. She didn’t just crunch numbers, she listened, supported, and walked alongside people doing it tough.
At her core, Tam is a problem-solver and a people person. Whether it’s a business owner who’s feeling stuck or someone needing a bit of encouragement, she’s there to help in a real and practical way. She’s not afraid to get in the trenches with her clients and community, and she does it all with honesty, compassion and confidence.
Outside of work, you’ll find Tam doing what she loves most spending time with her family, fishing, camping, and making memories. She’s happiest outdoors, doing the simple things that fill her cup.
What does community mean to Tam?
''To me, community means support, connection and shared strength! It is where we can celebrate wins, learn from setbacks & lift each other up. I love helping people in our community, especially businesses reach their true potential and educate them on how to improve their businesses and ultimately help them create their dreams worth fighting for!
