Leading Ladies: Ashley Lythgo

Each month, we spotlight incredible women across the Murray region and beyond who are leading with heart, purpose, and authenticity. These women inspire us with how they show up — for themselves, their work, and their communities. This month, we’re proud to introduce you to Ashley or those close to her know her as Ashy!

Meet Ashley

Ashley Lythgo embodies what it means to rise — with strength, smarts, and a whole lot of heart.

In just 3.5 years, Ashley has walked a path that would stop most in their tracks: welcoming a child, navigating a second pregnancy, facing redundancy, undergoing major surgery following a rare cancer diagnosis, and completely rebuilding her identity, strength, and confidence. But that’s not where her story ends, it’s where it begins.

A lifelong learner and fierce advocate for regional education, Ashley holds qualifications across nursing, aged care, and leadership, and has currently completed her Master of Business Administration. She’s deeply committed to uplifting rural and regional communities by creating access to meaningful education, leadership, and business support.

Now, as the founder of her own consulting business The Executive Presence, Ashley helps others reclaim their confidence, discover their voice, and take bold steps toward their purpose just as she has.

Ashley is proof that we don’t have to be perfect to be powerful. She’s one of our Leading Ladies, and we’re so proud to share her story. 🫶

🤍 What Community Means to Her

“there is always opportunity to connect further and to share skills & experiences .”

Community is about having a village around us so we feel supported and connected throughout life’s various challenges. Community can look so different for us all whether it’s friends, family, sporting or other networks both local and online. Supporting our communities is crucial and I encourage everyone to be involved in their local communities wherever possible, there is always opportunity to connect further and to share skills & experiences .
